McColgans have been making and baking in our Strabane Co. Tyrone home bakery since 1960. We started producing pies and sausage rolls in 1978 and they proved so popular we had to build new premises to satisfy the demand. Recently we moved into our new 107,000ft² facility from where we now deliver our food seven days a week to retailers and wholesalers across Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland and Great Britain.

Established in 1940 as a family-run butchery and bakery, Mc Colgan’s Quality Foods has developed into one of Northern Ireland’s leading manufacturers of quality chilled and frozen food supplying leading retailers and foodservice operators across the United Kingdom and Ireland.

The company operates from a state-of-the art 80,000 sq ft facility which is “Investor In People” and “BRC A Status Version 6” accredited. It’s success are built on the pillars of quality, consistency, manufacturing efficiency, cost control, innovation, a flexible can do approach and excellent service levels.
