momentum humancapital has received the accolade of CIPDNI “HR Consultant of the Year” for the second time in three years.
The prestigious award was presented as part the CIPDNI Awards Gala for 2016 which recognised the depth of excellence within the HR profession in Northern Ireland.
CIPD, the professional body for HR and people development has a 3,000+ membership across NI and presented prizes across 10 categories to teams, individuals and organisations across all aspects of the profession.
In making the award CIPD recognised that consultants play an increasingly important role in helping organisations deliver impact through people. In this category they were looking for entries from consultants (individuals or teams) who have worked with a client on a specific project to address a strategic issue. The entry was required to demonstrate how they have worked collaboratively with the HR Team and wider organisation to undertake a specific people related project. They also need to demonstrate that both consultants and employees of the organisation were involved and engaged. The entry needs to show how the project has delivered tangible business benefits to the organisation.
The judges applauded the momentum humancapital team for overcoming a challenging situation by developing a strategy with clear objectives and robust and defensible actions.
